In wotp landscaping is much more well planned and sophisticated. Tak Macam flat flat landscaping. Or landscaping at the side or in a small part.

The lowest landscape park is start from LG 2 slowly move up to LG1 and G then to 1st floor.. then link to 2nd floor then go back down to 1st floor. Total 5 different levels. The landscape parks on different level are all link and connected... macam spiral design. It goes Wrap around each building block. 👍

rental price also tak teruk macam development along the silk highway.

I visited this place last week. It's a nice place - kinda made me want to consider buying subsale unit here. 916 sqft. Price wise is affordable. Although there will be lots of renovation to do. I don't like it that they made the kitchen like a room, with door to get in.

Currently I work in KL. I wonder how's the traffic towards KL during peak hour? On a good day it takes 25 mins that's considered a long drive isn't it?

How's the environment at Bandar THO? Ownstayers, how do you find living here in WOTP? What motivates you to get a unit here and potentially, having to travel far for work?

Yup, most block C resi don't like it like a room. some owners break the "L" wall and door near the main entrance to make it a open concept kitchen which is allow to do. It's looks very spacious, brigther and nicer after open up. lagi can put island some more.


if 25 mins can reach KL city area macam TRX or KLCC area not the fastest but consider not bad liao.

exiting to highway (toll free to kl) still consider ok with BTHO road. here ada wotp free shuttle van to BTHO MRT station. can try take that. OR can park and ride at BTHO.

OR you can use alam damai road to exit then head to KL. a bit bumpy due to manyak speed hump.

depend lor, It located in between KL and cyberputrajialat and KLIA. All TOLL FREE even go ioi city mall also not far and toll free not so lucky for puchong pipu come to ioi city mall need to pay toll.

Near Chinese townships macam balakong, minang area, sungai long, mahkota cheras, serdang, seri kembangan, bukit jalil and connaught area.

Currently WOTP nearby areas macam C180, Cheras Traders Square and Aeon cheras selatan sibeh ONG!. Plenty banks here. Got columbia hospital :thumbsup: even famous Jade hills also building a new road to connect here. 3KM toll free road, next year can use. NEW BOMBA station builded at BTHO.

location still ok.. can't said best. better than stay at semenyih to KL or seremban to KL... lagi far

BTHO area also got a not bad lake valley park. big taman lake... manyak pelicans come fishing... sometimes ada eagles come over hunt fishy. fish there sibeh huge. easily up to 4-5 ft long.

Less than 5 mins drive can reach hopital , jusco , aeon big , commercial Center ( cheras trade , c180 ) and
Hussain onn lake
Also easy connectivity to len seng / Connaught / Alam Damai / bmc
Not wrong this place is less foreigner walking on street right

Not to forget next year when new road to jadehills connected (toll free). The jadehills commercial hubs and the international school Eton also Macam less than 5km away liao. 👍👍

Another 2 more years nearby Hap Seng Akasa new commercial Hubs will also ready.

Block A V corridor and the high floor sunset view. 👍

😃Ok lar. Also next to landed Terrace house, semi d and bungalow houses Tepi. (Not lake valley side) semua Either fenced guarded or gated guarded.

That 1 also not low cost. Itu cost sederhana apartment with guard house. 😂. Kampung Muhhibah dekat tu Bukit jalil oug that is low cost.

Kilang Industri also manyak is storage and showrooms , maybe manyak can change to cafe, gallery and refinement centre. 👍 already got 1 windows Curtain show gallery liao.
