Do you think daily eating of fish oil and/or multivitamin is necessary? What brand do you buy?

I myself am eating Kordel's Hi-Omega Fish Oil, shown in the picture I attached, which you can buy from pharmacies like Guardian. Sometimes I eat 1 per day, sometimes I eat 2 per day.

IIRC, best fish oil on mainstream pharmacies is Pristin's bcos it has the highest EPA/DHA ratio.

There are higher ones but need to order from overseas via iherbs etc.

Edit: MAINSTREAM PHARMACIES LIKE GUARDIAN/WATSON'S/AEON WELLNESS yeah

How much EPA/DHA is recommended to be consumed daily?

How long have you been taking it.

What did it do to your body?

I don't feel any different. Does fish oil improve memory? I also don't feel that I can memorize better haha

Check the label. Look for high epa and dha. Don't look at fish oil quantity. This is from nature's choice liquid omega 3, which is what I use

Fish oil sold in local pharmacies won't come close to this
