1st of all v look at ocp big balcony. So far minimal issue.
2ndly let's look up fr big balcony. Bird poo is small matter. Big objects dio hit jackpot liao. Ppsb vely kind accepted the suggestion right after buyers signed spa back in July 2015. They agreed to giv extra awning to all big balcony owners at no extra cost. I guess should b same as ocp no major issue gua. I dunno. I guess nia. |
