I guess many in ws3 still OK. But premium units in certain corner ll definitely hav permanent ppa1m view. Brooks ll b the same.

And tat oso explained why central park come with high premium. Anw I personally still think ws is gd place to live. Unless 1 doesn't mind the extra premium in central park la.

Let see if ppsb able to get a double premium for the up coming R10 😅😅😅
