You can farm 5 new abilities for free to max level so take this time and level them.



This is 5 of the Abilities

Buy them from Shop at 3 Ticket Each and max them

Fire = Kirin
IceSword = Siegfield
WindFang = Griffon
EarthFang = Asmodeus
Barrier = Fat Chocobo

You will need Barrier on the coming BattleTower because the boss is a bitch and will use debarrier on you in the battle.

Those are only available through summons right? Somehow I can't farm any summon tickets and very few ability tickets

The best card from this event is the attack card (Vanille or Tidus card)from the 6 card pack buyable from shop which is priced at 6 summon card.
The damage once the enemy is in break condition can be up to 30k to 40k. A must card if you want to be attacker in Multiplayer.

Tyro itself is a good card and easily attainable. You also can sell it for 2 abilites card since you can fight in MP without energy if you just join the created game. At least buy one card if hard to decide.

Ifrit card is high in attack power but a little low in break power. So it is suitable for fighting water boss like Shiva during break but if you want to reduce yellow meter, other card is better. The card do can be augmented so it is useful even in future event.

My personal opinion, max it if you can but if can't, at least buy one so you can choose to power up the card later.

Btw how do you guys usually grind? Replay the chapters, exploration or ?

Thanks mate, hmm the TYRO and others like the Artemis support card, all no heal one rite, I mean like Barrier there is a one off heal with the buff?

I think I can buy the Tyro card (via Multiplayer), hmm people talking about farming non stop is it means they purchase the Vanille or Tidus card then farming for the ability scroll?

Tyro/A&T (Aerith & Tifa) has a 1 off heal of 10% of your HP when you unlocked the 1st hidden abilities. Just like Moogle/Fat Chocobo/Hades and etc.

Depending which class your are planning to play(or what job you have now).
Before the FFRK event gone for good, I would recommend buy FFRK packs 1 (mage/healer). FFRK pack 2 (for warrior/ranger class).

Both have very powerful V&F (Vanille & Fang - Pack 1) and J&T (Jecht & Tidus - Pack 2) which deal crazy dmg for current content and could be augmented to 4*. Definately worth it and will bring you quite far in the future content.

Farm Tyro as much as you can with the quill/pencil you can stockpile and buy the abilities scroll to upgrade Tyro, A&T, V&F, J&T to max. If you dont have grow star to augment those to 4* just stock pile 3* Tyro and sell it for 2 ability tickets. This way you can use ability ticket boost when you have sufficient mats to 4* your 3* later when the event over.

Currently other than the standard 3 classes, I summoned a "Knight" as well.
Any advise what class to continue (currently focus on the summoned Knight and standard Hunter).

The ability scroll, how many is needed to upgrade 1 ability level?

Dont bother with the basic class, save your seed. Since you have a proper job 'Knight' ask yourself if you like playing as knight. If yes then save up summoning tix to get FFRK pack 2. It has taunt, J&T and 4WOL card which very good for breaker (if you pulled a hunter/thief/ranger) job later. FFRK pack 2 would covers job range for warrior/ranger type.

1st 1-2 ability IIRC only use about 2 scroll per level it gets more when your ability 3 and above.
Maxing J&T card would be your priority if you decided to get FFRK pack 2.

hi joining in the thread, active playing for almost 2 months now, still stick with the basic class ranger, however almost all my single target element ability cards are maxed out at 4* for ranger cards. for class i might hold till the dancer job coming out then ill spam the job summon =P

For seed farming i opt for multiplayer 2*(17 multiplier average) and chocobo event map (12 multiplier average = 500k+- points playing fully auto mode)

atker class shud max their atking ability cards they are damage based class by the way. So try to maximise ur damage. =)

tips for u guys who is active in the multiplayer map, there is a method to get pass the annoying sentinel grimore. for those who had FFRK taunt card, u may noticed they have dispel in the extra skills boxes try to get that. and use it when tyro is using the sentinel. it is ok to use other support card as long they got dispel ability =P

oh ya missed another one, thor card! same effect as dispel but for atker or dfender use to wipe off sentinel grimore!

Summoned a dark knight, wonder should I use magicite to purchase FFRK cards

Purchase mobius box at 3K magicite are better with the 6 summoning tix you can get the FFRK.
But if you already have active mobius box and long way more before you can purchase 1 more by 7th Oct, then magicite would be the only choice.

If not mistaken Oct update have another legends cards (Pictlogica) not sure how it fares vs FFRK.

I see... mind sharing your decks? I have some ability tickets not sure what to buy next.

4* fat chocobo, 3* maduin(wind)/adamanterrapine(earth), 4* fafnir/vannile&fang(water) and a pupu depending the boss is which elements (usually i use fire pupu), cuz black mage cant drive fire..

u will need to do a card fusion
fusion with the same card or card with the same ability to level up the ablitity
fusion with card of the same element to increase the skillseed level

Yeah if you don't already have a good wind card, you can try for the second pack to get 4WoL. Important for rangers because it adds haste and damage.

These days I am using a power bank just to keep the phone fully charged for farming.

Those cards are usually used as "Fusion" fodder to increase the ability level of those main cards that you can find in ability shop. Some of them you might need to "Augment" them first, then only can use to raise ability level.

I guess I am kind of weird, cause I want the older jobs like Knight or White mage. Heard those class are pretty good. But unfortunately no more summon tickets. So have to wait Chapter 3 then can get summon tickets for jobs.

I might be skipping the pictlogica cards, I think they are 3+ cards that cant be augmented in the future I believe. Though they should be good for current content.

if u mean upgrade in term of augmenting them yes, coz u might need them to upgrade ur main card ability level, if u are plan to use them in ur deck it is not recommendable

If you have a real 'mage' not the starter you may want to invest on him. Not just for the the sake of clearing chapter 3 but mage quite good in MP especially Shiva. Unless you dont have any mage job then level ur starter mage to panel 3 it should be able to clear chapter 3 with some decent decks.

yeah, currently got warrior for defender, black mage for atker and assassin for breaker, love my assassin in MP coz with artemis can break shiva in one turn hahahha!

just updated my ios mobius.. rest since alien pupu event.. draw a job and got ranger... where do you check for guide / wiki.. i want to be ifrit / shiva slayer

few times join multiplayer where ifrit / shiva died after kena 50k-70k damage

depends on what char/role u decide to use, if u decide to use hunter in MP, get an artemis, ice and fire pupu for resistance and atk enchantment and bring dynamis (fire element card) for damage.

and dont forget to learn each extra skill in ur ability card.

previously will pick either dark knight / thief but after reading people suggestion, basic 3 job not worth it to max it.. now concentrate on this new job (ranger). currently unlocking 3 star skill panel.

current card : byakko, fenrir, magus sister, yuna.. all max lvl 26 with max ability.. except yuna final slot 10% more heal

I draw this in order: mage>black mage>warrior>hunter.
Yea I really enjoy black mage in Ifrit doing tons dmg with V&F.
Now Shiva, blm has no use (cant deal fire dmg) playing with mage/hunter most.

Odin will appear soon but dont have good earth limit break cards.. grow stars is too rare.
Guess will be playing hunter or warrior role for Odin.

do finish chapter 3 and maximize ur card lvl, for extra skills, either u spam battle or wait for mobius day.

for normal battle i usually dont pick healing card for my main deck, go for rental instead.

Have you exchanged seeds in the MP shop? Can get 10k fire and water from shiva materials, and 10k light from tyro if I'm not wrong. Helped me unlock quite a bit

Welcome! One tips I can think of is save your magicite for the mobius box, it is the most worth it thing to get every month.


Yep summon tickets are best use for job summons at the start I think. White mage is pretty good, I want that job but couldn't get so far.

I have a question about the ability shop . What are the pupu . Why are they more expensive than the other 3 stars

No idea, but what I can tell you is pupu card is a great card. It capable to augment into 4 star and also it has passive +25% element resistance depending which element you choose. lastly, it also provides huge amount of skillseeds (4 star pupu provides 36 seeds if I remember right)

As described by efisherman, they are great and easy augment to 4 star (you dont need grow stars for this) just the antenna card from daily shop. It used to be farmable in the past event, since you missed it thats why is expensive for new players. Other than the 25% resist, it has en-[elements] = which help in breaking on weakness and increase damage on the element. E.g. you cast enfire with fire pupu and use fire abilities you will deal more dmg. Think of it like a mini magic buff.

do take note that the element resistance can only stacked up till 70%, ive tried put 3 pupus and get like 70% instead of 75%, and yeah u also get 5% elemental buff each card which enhance ur ability atk if it has the same attribute.

luckily i managed to augmeny and max out 3 pupus of each element it worth the time hahah!

So hardcore farm 3 for each elements I cant think of a job need to equipped all 3 same elements at same time. Only have 4 slots, that left only 1 slot for attack/support card haha.

I would recommend only spend summoning tix on pulling job or very powerful legendary pack like FFRK (promotion ended) definately not the current Pictlogica pack (they are not augmentable to 4*). Unless you feeling generous/whale then go ahead haha.

White mage is good esp for MP, you could work on deck for your white mage 1st for both story and MP mode. Story mode you may get decks like Kirin/ifrit (fire), Fafnir/shiva (water), gob king (earth). All the abilities skill are farmable (no need use abi ticket for boosting) except goblin king which the skill are not farmable now until chap 3 part 2.

If abi ticket is an issue, you may consider fast learner cards (max 3* but start with fully skilled). Only downside is not augmented to 4* - aka 9999 limit break attack.

yeah since i farmed a lot in the pupu's map earlier before the tower event, then found out only 2 is relevant haha.

i know normally ppl will recomand V&F for mage maximize dmg dealer role, but sometimes in mp those fuking healer dont heal but trying to be dmg dealer is really face palm
