common sense when do doors only you only try to solve sound from direction of the doors. mind you that the road roar is from the tyres (front and rear) and road surface, then from bottom to up. (later if we meet, i lukis for u)

road roar depends road surface, soundproof, tyre type (hard/soft, profiles)

btw, i don't want to add more because got professor saga soundproof resurfaced in here to properly explained to us. even i also research about soundproof from various source including coolkwc himself.

but i doesn't not agree when proudly say about SP, road roar but not done soundproof at floors.

i don't want to brag but you should first sit inside a full soundproof saga to properly understand about saga soundproof. you should do full car, include floor and rear boot, then wheel arch,
then thinking to change to softer tyres (according to coolkwc btw if you read his posts)

IMO,you feel never ending cycle because you only do part by part only (as you mention 4 doors (include glass wool), 1 layer wheel arch.
fyi i also do glass wool at rear boot. when do part by part, usually do 4 doors then, front floor, front wheel arch. then if want to improve, then continue with rear floor, rear bonnet, rear wheel, roof, front bonnet cover.

for me (as well as what coolkwc mentioned) do full soundproof on saga then the max to do, then improve a bt with softer tyre (not everyone want to change to softer CC6 tyres btw) if not satisfied with it, only solution is to change to better car. but change car is the last resort as not everybody willing to do.

maybe my advantage over cendolpulut is full soundproof BLM (his one if flx) with 175/70/r13 tyres Viking (not sure if comparable with CC6 because same company)
