I have no idea what cause the problem, just average user here...
The problem is at top right, if you subscribe to a topic or have PM, you get notifications. Nowadays the popup prompt no longer works. Sometimes at different pages, the problem comes and goes. But recently, the problem is getting serious... Hit F12, open up Web Console, getting errors like this in both Chrome and Firefox: CODE ReferenceError: $ is not defined Any ideas? |

Looks like jquery isn't loading on your browser for some reason.
Can you CTRL F5 and check your javascirpt & network console to see if anything's amiss? |
