Hi, just want to ask does anyone ever encounter that the abs icon, the handbrake icon lights up? Today my wife told me that has this sign...is this bad? If anyone has experienced with it how much does it cost to repair..thanks in advanced

Absolutely common problem, although I don't know if it's prevalent in the newer releases as well. The hill hold and ABS light is up on your car? You can search in this thread for some estimated costs to replace it.

The official SC quoted me but I can't remember how much it was before I sold off my car. Basically it wasn't cheap, you can get it done for cheaper at the 3rd party workshops.

Ya already got quoted, 5K++, i ask al isra kajang if repair around 1.8K, for new replacement around 5K++..really painful the cost to repair this car...last year i replaced pcm/tcm or ecu cost me around 2.4K at SC

You can still drive without it, but just be aware that the hill hold and ABS is not functioning....I drove it like that for more than 6 months I think.

Nope, no issues. Just annoying that you'll see the warning lights and the beep boop chime when you start the car

However, it's still a safety problem and you'll need to control your brakes in an emergency when driving If there's no plans to change the car, better be safe than sorry right? Get it done and that's one less thing to worry about.

Misfiring could be bad spark plugs, injectors or ignition coil though.

But noooooooo Ford wanna build SUVs and trucks. Now wanna buy a small Ford EV the only possibility is the Puma.

It’s been a good 11 years but now aircond totally gone mar need fixing rm3 k, car have dented on two panel from previous own accident and probably time to change timing belt soon as last changed was more than 5 years ago…

Mileage is about 140k

Al Isra said need to change the whole cooling system …well they gave three options one is to change all as said the whole system failed..second is compressor and motor and third is half cut…for half cut compressor it’s 1 k but they can’t even provide warranty for up to 2 weeks so I thought it might be better to sell without fixing …

Hmm Mudah listing 2011 1.4LX is around RM15k. If you deduct dealer profit and faulty AC, I guess 6.5k is not that bad lah.
