I usually go to Al Isra Kajang as it is nearest to my place.

Other than what nelienuxe_sara mentioned, there are also Bengkel Excellent Auto and Azim Autohaus.

These are all Ford specialists.

Just replaced my engine mounting in Azim Autohaus, now still got vibration noise when idle (although much lesser noise than before).. they say this is normal as fiesta ecoboost use 3 cylinder..

Anyone can comment on this? Thanks ๐Ÿ˜Š

May I know anyone changed timing belt (whole set) recently for Ford fiesta ecoboost 1.0.

Went to one Ford specialist and was quoted RM 2,100 for whole set and need to leave the car for 2 days.

Send to trusted workshop for major service. They will tell you what need to be replaced

- timing & auxillary belt
- water pump
- thermostat
- all the hose
They may also suggest replacing other parts such as mountings to improve ride quality.

Hi may I know if you have any shop that can recommend as I am looking to replace the below items and Bug Auto is quoting me RM 3,480 (Including labour) for the below items:

1.FRT ABSORBER BEARING
2.FRT ABSORBER DUST COVER
3.FRT ABSORBER SPRING SEAT
4.RR SHOCK ABSORBER - FIESTA
5.FRT ABSORBER BUSH
6.FRT/RH SHOCK ABSORBER - FORD FIESTA
7.FRT ABSORBER MOUNTING
8.FRT/LH SHOCK ABSORBER - FORD FIESTA

Trying to look for other shop to compare the quotation.

Last time I encountered this, it was due to faulty fan motor or alternator. Bring to any car aircond shop they should be able to fix, or just go back to Al Isra or BUG...
*
Thanks a lot, do you remember how much it costs you to fix?

Thanks smile.gif

Hi all,
Recently my fiesta having an issue at gearbox. The gear change is harsh and delayed. Went to third party workshop to check, recommended to change both shift forks, clutch kit and bearings. I was quoted about 4.5k including workmanship. Is the price reasonable?

I have a thought to bring it to ford to get another quotation as for comparison.

Thank you.
