electricity bill will be high if use everyday?

hahah... BMS, nak mintak master password dari supplier kena bayar rm15k, just for master password. and then they purposely use proprietrary protocol comms, havisla if you want to integrate to existing BMS

I thought LG and Goldstar stopped making elevators?

I saw most of the old ones are modernized into Sigma's.

Their designs are similar after all. Eg: Display, fixtures etc.

surprisingly no. electricity is only used if you use the elevator. nowadays, elevators can enter standby mode and switch off the lights & exhaust fans.

u either have a long term contract with them or u don't

they don't like to service / repair elevators that is maintained or previously repaired by others
