Check your battery and see what apps are utilizing most of your battery. Start from there. If still cant, then the only way would be to hard reset your phone and restore.

It could be. Try hard resetting the phone first. If it still does not work, then it would be hardware.

Its your network issue. Call your Telco CS and ask them to activate data for you or replace your sim card.

If thats the case it could be the Fw or the phone. Try hard resetting the phone and see.
