Just received email saying that "Ditawarkan Rumah" for this project.

If already own house in selangor, can we still buy this propert? hmm.gif

Any1 gt d letter ready frm hillcrest? The developer called me said the "housing no" draw will be on 20th may at their gallery...not sure the 10% need to pay on that day itself or not

There are a few blocks like this one, in progress. This is just the block nearest to the traffic light....

That's type C2. Changes on the floor layout- extended the toilet and use pintu lipat

i am so sad. i don't have any houses in selangor nor Malaysia but they don't offer me. why why why?

From the model picture, the toilet entrance looks narrow.
Really difficult to fit a normal door unless using narrow doors like those in the mall toilets and/or open outwards like those Jap style...

Look at the bright side, all toilets can be accessed by stayers (no master toilet privilege), toilets are "evenly" used.

Perhaps after "lock-in staying" year, one can consider rent it out. Maybe the living hall can be partitioned to be a room too...

I just submit the documents and waiting lphs approval. Maybe partition utility room to keep home rubbish.

If the utility room is partitioned, will the smell of home rubbish be kept within the "room"? Normally a store room has a deep smell of accumulated materials/parts. Moreover, this utility room, if not mistaken, is just besides two toilet bowls. Any potential leakage smell/water stain penetrates to utility room?

No you are not allowed to, you will need to sign a legal document saying that you do not own anu other houses in Selangor when you meet your lawyer

Just call the developers, different between type B and C, type B only get 1 parking, type C get 2 parking

I received that latter offer for unit C2 price is 195k and ask to come for balloting this coming saturday 8/7/2017. the problem is now, they need 10% deposit which RM 19,500 or 5% and show them the KWSP statement and also bring cash rm 2000 fro SPA. any idea on that?
