Type C 900sqf = RM180k
Type B 750sqf = RM100k

type c is 200 psf
type d is 220 psf

type b vs type d diff is 87 psf. One has to pay extra RM120k for extra 250psf? where type B buyer only pay 100k only for the whole type b unit.

Yeahh but the type b room is so much smaller even the master bedroom. Im going for type d eventho I dont really like the layout plan but thats the only unit master bedroom with bathroom. I prefer pay extra for more spacious and type b really good for those who at tight budget.

Google map revealed the shortest distance from the two nearest LRT stations(Pchg Perdana and Pchg Prima) are about 4.3 -4.5 km. Not that far...

The pricing is funny. If get 2 units of Type B is cheaper than 1 unit of Type D.

Type D 1000sqf = RM220k
Type C 900sqf = RM180k
Type B 750sqf = RM100k
