Location: Taman Puchong Utama Type D 1000sqf = RM220k Type C 900sqf = RM180k Type B 750sqf = RM100k Developer site: http://site.hillcrest.com.my/main/3102/ind...lbumID=0&page=1 So have anyone already got offered for this house yet? Im going for type d eventho I dont really like the layout plan but thats the only unit master bedroom with bathroom. Google map revealed the shortest distance from the two nearest LRT stations(Pchg Perdana and Pchg Prima) are about 4.3 -4.5 km. Not that far...

The pricing is funny. If get 2 units of Type B is cheaper than 1 unit of Type D.
