Im going for type d eventho I dont really like the layout plan but thats the only unit master bedroom with bathroom. I prefer pay extra for more spacious and type b really good for those who at tight budget.

Google map revealed the shortest distance from the two nearest LRT stations(Pchg Perdana and Pchg Prima) are about 4.3 -4.5 km. Not that far...

The pricing is funny. If get 2 units of Type B is cheaper than 1 unit of Type D.
Type D 1000sqf = RM220k Type C 900sqf = RM180k Type B 750sqf = RM100k
