anyone received wrong model of phone from lazada ? how long they need to do replcement for u ?

i been order mate 8 but they send me G8.Within 2 hrs i send back to them and all details i email to them.they will send back a replacement ? how long time it take

Return of the G8 is depend on courier, replacement speed depend on seller.
If they are acknowledged fast, delivery should be the same speed as the time they deliver the G8.
Unless they don't has ready stock, or they unable to exchange for you, then they will force a refund.

yes... not sure bout operating hours..

but sent few times during working hours...no delivery during lunch for

MBE @PKNS Complex refuse to accept returns with packaging size exceeding 50cm.

But this 50cm limitations not mentioned in the return forms.

So I guess the only option is to send the return items manually.

or you can call lazada to arrange poslaju pickup..foc
