lazada call me and confirm my case is refund.so i need to make new order again.should i buy from lazada again or gemfive ? if buy from lazada which seller is good for mobile phone.last time buy from gtronics end up received wrong item

if the parcel we send back to lazada loss in the courier who will be responsibility?lazada told me once u give them the tracking number and the parcel go out they start do refund.so if never reach them still can refund ?
