I have got high uric acid for couple of years but not to the extend of having gout or pain. doctor mentioned if no pain, no difficulties then no need take medicine yet.

drink plenty of water is definitely gonna help.
for diet, reduce red meat, beans, beer, seafood, mushroom.

I see improvement after taking care of the above.

No. Tart cherry/celery seed extract.
Diet. No more rendang (beef, mutton, internal organs). No ikan tongkol, sardine, (any fish with red meat), sengkuang
Lots of water. Minimum 2L/day

You can drink this in the mean time. Helps but it's very slow.
Green papaya (betik muda) + japanese green tea soup. No need to remove the skin, cut the papaya into chunks, boil it for like 30 minutes. Then add japanese green tea. No sugar. Drink it plain.

Also, first thing in the morning drink celery + lemon juice (no sugar-DIY)

My uric acid also high so I stopped eating beef / lamb all together. Lunch these days mostly bread / vegetarian.

Once a month will have pizza / burger. I also stopped drinking Coke or other sugary drinks also. Now, every day is Chinese tea or Japanese green tea.

All red meat is bad. Once a while say once a month should be no problem.

Basically any fish which have red colour red. When you open the fish, there's a dark coloured part and the white colour flesh. The white one is ok. The red one just feed it to the cat. biggrin.gif

100+ is full of sugar. Best one is coconut water/plain water.

You can try detox programme and also Chlorophyl.

I used to have high uric acid and also acid reflux problem, after doing a detox program and also using the Chlorophyl as suggested by my friend, it has helped me to not only reduce my uric acid but also solve my acid reflux problem.

I did not change my diet though.

As usual cut down on red meat and nuts. Take Celery 7000 supplement pills from Blackmores.
