Wow... 1 day already see the difference...  I do situp 100 daily for the last 7 days, still not visible. I believe what happen was your abs muscle started to tighten up. Happen all the time with my friends when they started showed their abs after only a few days of workout. But what really I saw only their fat belly.... Unless your fat % is really low, you cannot see the abs. The abs is there, but hidden under the fat. But for man, it is much harder to loose the belly fat than woman.

What shady website did you go to when calculating your BMR?your BMR should be around 1700.
