depend on how much dust u hv lo, candies now not an issues ady since got new barriers, 1 D9 = 20 candies
atk wise i still prefer DB + DC, since DT kinda slow, but myb in long run DT deal more dmg gua.
def wise, idk havent encounter a outrage d9 on gym, so till now i still prefer DC as defender coz u cant see it coming till it hit u

Dragon weak against Rock Ice Dragon Fairy

Rock > i think many have rhydon etc etc
Ice > u dun need lapras for ice, common mons like golduck/slowbro/blastoise with ice beam is a good D9 killer
and not to mention u still have cloyster/dewgong that are ice type as well and now u got gen2 mons too
Fairy > clefairy is like pidgey, u can get it anyway....

and D9 is not a good defender just high cp cap.
snorlax is a better defender than D9

ya i want to use kazam too i got one 100iv 1.6k with the best ms
but so 7 fragile... too bad kazam is the only 1 with the highest base atk stat even higher than D9
