QUOTE(whitewhite @ Oct 28 2016, 08:32 PM) you can refuse to sign the form before you collect your car, should ask your SA to solve all these issue. But the swirl mark? That car looks like been wash for 1 yearthe paint most likely is they painting the wall beside your car and cause the paint split on your car. Hopefully they repaint back my car, really bad after salesservice |

QUOTE(sherman_h @ Oct 28 2016, 10:36 PM) Sad to hear this, hopefully your sales agent will settle for you. Else you can try raise your concern to Honda directly. Yesterday the salesgirl call me, she said that they will try to polish if can't repaint it back, seem like got to delay a bit more, that Brandon Tan @ Honda semenyih really bad attitude, when he pass us the key, he said "is like that one, Honda where got cover dirty when they delivering the car"Btw, for the swirl marks, most of the new car deliver to the dealer by honda will have this. However, the dealer will normally wash and polish to remove swirl mark before deliver the car to the buyer. Waahhsey... I really wanna scold him that time, but i don't , call back the sales girl and I will see this Brandon wait until Karma come next time when he buy new car. |

QUOTE(GeekinE90 @ Oct 31 2016, 11:01 AM) The paint splatter looks more like building paint based on the size of the droplets. Body shop Overspray is usually not as visible and only felt by touch - over the panels. Swirls looks bad for a new car, but I have seen the condition of the cars before it's prepped for delivery, and some looks muddy as though it's been sitting out in an open lot for a while under the influence of the weather. SC usually sends to polish/wax the car before delivery, but my dealer did a bad job doing this and the car was full of "burn" marks from the motorized orbital that they used. After a few coats of wax + sealant then only the swirl/burn marks go away. Yesterday I update form the salesgirls at least she polished back for me but other parts rubber need to replace , told her to ensure won't masuk water when rainingI would send the car to get professionally coated with a good coating. I notice that the CKD Honda's clear coat is "soft" and prone to scratches esp. near the bumper area where sometimes bags etc drag against the surface. A good coat has great hardness rating and helps reduce the scratch probability. Attached thumbnail(s) |
