Ya I knew can't checked in. What I mean is they do announced at the checked in. Also have display notification on counter. Announcement inside the plane as well in case ppl go charge or on the phone. yeah la. Have to explain to the personnel that my phone is totally off n battery drained. Every carry on got a tag but Then they put extra remark stating that I have note 7 but is turn off n etc.
