Question:
My Note7 auto reboot and stuck at boot screen on Saturday and I switched it off since then. Should I bother to make a trip to the service centre and let them check it or should I just save my time and keep it till replacement day and inform them about the problem during exchange? |

QUOTE(jerryhean @ Sep 12 2016, 03:36 PM) Well I guess it won't make any different. If you send now they would have keep it and loan you a loaner if got. Then you will need to go back to collect your faulty phone and exchange it at your preorder collection outlet. If I send it, at least I have a receipt stating that the phone is faulty and not because of my doing. |
