you can say that i am paranoid, but read these:
http://www.wmbfnews.com/story/33034080/hor...ic&sf35276611=1 and http://www.fox13news.com/news/local-news/203295058-story it's time to switch it off and send it back to SC and ask for a loaner phone. Just don't wait until it happens and we keep saying "adui, adui"... |

QUOTE(Max2006 @ Sep 8 2016, 04:24 PM) No use my friends. People who don't have issue with Note 7 so far would say it's other people's problem, not their problem. No matter what happened in other countries, they would not care about it. Whoever banned Note 7, boycott them! I guess it is really human nature that nothing happens will not deter them from anything.Joking aside. Seriously....a jeep was exploding due to Note 7!? Samsung worldwide should have really ask user to switch off and return just like what they did in Australia. |

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Sep 8 2016, 05:12 PM) some stuff... just check into microSD. So far when I used it to switch over to N7 with the smart switch, it's pretty fast and simple. I guess getting it back into N7 from PC should be that quick and simple too.that's what i am doing. others like apps, i just install essential one on my temp phone. but i did a backup using the Smart Switch apps for PC. supposedly can back up apps and also homescreen settings, etc... i guess i will know at month end when i restore... and see how useful is this Smart Switch for PC. but ya, not all apps can probably get restored properly. |

QUOTE(eternity4av @ Sep 9 2016, 11:07 AM) same here, so far the phone resides at around 28c i dont think it will explode right away, there must be a rise on temperature till intolerable manner to ignore, then only will explode. You can walk in to their SC and ask for loaner phone and surrender your current N7 there. I did that and get a S6E+ as loaner. Wouldn't want to carry a time bomb around. Better be safe than sorry.even that, samsung also didnt bother to give me a call, to surrender the phone nor on collecting the spare phone. so yeah. |

what i have done so far is, leave fast charging on, always unplugged when it 100% rightaway or not too long, the temp is way much lower, from my observation, when you charge the phone approx around 60% it will heat up to 40celcius, although is considered safe as other forumer, just my 2cents of safety precaution.
i turned off the fast charge and then turn off the charger once the phone got a green LED indicator light
Personally I don't think fast charging is the culprit as it's already available long ago in Samsung devices. |

Why you want to check since Samsung Malaysia announced all pre-order unit in Malaysia has to be replaced? And, there is no other units yet as it's not yet officially launched in Malaysia.
