Good news. Just called the careline. He actually ask us not to do refund, he will escalated to top management and see how they can compensate those already bought the warranty with something diff (same value rm248). Maybe gift, discount voucher etc.
I tell him i also don't want hassle on refund for warranty. |

It's a good phone with Android os, s pen, great camera and video recording quality. Fast and snappy as enough for me.
Just hope they really have enough stock for replacement instead of first come first basis and we have to wait even longer than 29 sept. Plus, New batches is seem to be less problematic instead of 100% problem free right? Qc always have % of problem phone. Scare mine is good, Later exchange the defect one. Haha |

Cs just called me about replacement.
I inquriy about the compensation. Cs say no screencrack warranty nor extended warranty will given. Only tempered glass and edge class protector ( I don't know wtf is this but cs say is physical item). So no compensation like warranty to be given. |
