That's not nice.

It's obvious he's upset with his race.

He will probably be fined a few Euros.

If JL can adapt to it then they can be competitive, stealing more wins next year coz like it or not JL is surely much better rider than AI & AD. The thing is for JL, all his MotoGP career has been spent on the M1 which is always well known to be well balanced bike which is very good at cornering with their edge grip matching JL's riding style with smooth but fast cornering speed, while the Duc is probably the opposite of that and relies more on their power and acceleration. Anyway we'll just have to wait and see.

it's either the rider suit the bike or the bike suit the rider. both factors have to be tolerated. i dun see Ducati gonna do big changes to the panigalle, so JL somehow need to compensate. hmm.gif

btw, speaking of Ducati, imo they has let go the wrong Andrea. biggrin.gif

AI seems so much comfortable with his bike.

Yeah, if JL cannot adapt then will be like VR last time, total failure in the Duc! VR supposedly has a more aggressive style which they thought can adapt better to the Duc like Stoner but alas he still failed. But obviously the Duc also has evolved a lot since then so maybe JL has a chance.

AI is a crasher, that's why! With AD, they have a more stable/reliable guy to support JL who they'd expect to be the faster and therefore the leader.

True. Rossi actually testing 2017 engine. Bad news for Lorenzo is he won't be able to participate in the 2nd test. Impressive time for Iannone btw. Hector Barbera also quick on an old bike.

Rossi wouldn't worry so much if he's less than 2 tenths from the fastest time. Start from front row consistently next year..then he'll have a good crack at the championship again

TOTAL renews as exclusive fuel supplier of Moto2™ and Moto3™
French oil company remain the exclusive fuel supplier to the Moto2™ and Moto3™ classes for another 3 years

Total are to stay on board with the FIM MotoGP™ World Championship as official fuel supplier to Moto2™ and Moto3™ for another three years, until 2019. Founded in 1924, the company is a global integrated energy producer and provider, and in 2016 has supplied fuel to both the Moto2™ and Moto3™ FIM World Championships: an important challenge set to continue for three more seasons. Total Additifs & Carburants Spéciaux combines additive and special fuel formulation and production activities for such projections, and racing fuels are one of their most important undertakings – distributing them throughout the world under the ELF and TOTAL brands.

The Moto3™ World Championship runs single cylinder 250cc four-stroke engines whereas a 600cc inline four cylinder four-stroke powers Moto2™ machines. Both classes have quite different technical regulations, but both are critical for rider development in the World Championship. The Moto3™ class provides young up and coming riders with an entry point onto the world stage and in Moto2™, younger riders battle it out with veterans who have spent years racing at the top level; honing a rider’s abilities as well as teaching them how to ride heavier bikes on their way to MotoGP™. High quality race fuel ensures that these riders are able to maximise their time on track and help guarantee their machine is issue free.

Pierre-Gautier Caloni, Vice President of Total Sponsoring & Motorsport Division: "Total is very happy to reinforce this role as exclusive fuel supplier for the next 3 years in the Moto2™ & Moto3™ FIM World Championships. This strong partnership with DORNA confirms our permanent involvement with the highest technological performances for moto racing, where Total Sponsoring & Motorsports Division and Total Additifs & Carburants Spéciaux are already active in MotoGP™ supporting top teams; providing the best products and technical support."

Pau Serracanta, Managing Director - Commercial Area, Dorna: “We are thrilled to have Total remain on board as the official fuel supplier to both the Moto2 and Moto3 World Championships. Ensuring that bikes run smoothly is important during the early stages of a rider’s career, allowing them to spend the maximum amount of time on track and therefore gather the most information they can. Total are committed to delivering a high standard of product, and with fuel playing such an integral role in motorcycle racing it is important to have the right supplier. We look forward to seeing what further advancements they make.”

I didn't realize they were using single fuel supplier till now. For the sake of cost savings I guess.

It seems like unless Vinales is slowly fading during the race, else he would be the man to beat in 2017. Rossi might need to use his psychological weapon soon, hehe

Why not? Isn't last year before Malaysia race he tried to apply on MM? Saying MM having conspiracy with JL championship... After his word then series of drama surfacing, haha. cool2.gif

so Rossi can do psychological war off-race or during race.
