Any telco plan out?

Don't see any as of this morning. Maybe we'll get it later this evening as pre-order is about 16 hours or so away biggrin.gif

This round i don't think will get plan from telco as my current Celcom plan (RM40) is more than enough for monthly usage.

Will wait for next week Apple Malaysia launch and get the full set but need to queue up and compete with others  rclxub.gif

Any particular model or color you are aiming for? From the looks of it competition for black ones will be intense. Jet black ones I think will be super, super hard to get seeing how supply is limited even globally.

which TELCO is the best to provide their plan with Iphone 7 package? and i need somebody help to explain on me the benefit of iPhone 7?
*
There is no best telco. Just pick the telco that works best for you.

If someone has to explain to you the benefits of an iPhone then can I humbly suggest that you do not buy an iPhone 7 coz it may be overpriced and not suit your needs - you may end up regretting...

I would agree it's the least happening iPhone launch in years as even this thread itself is not moving as fast as previous iPhone launches

seeing Pixel come out, result ip7 is a better choice now.
*
Pixel is an ambitious endeavour from Google. Time will tell if this strategy works for them. Actually people are wrong to assume that Pixel threatens Apple. It threatens Samsung more.

I remember the hordes of people porting over to Celcom when their First Gold plan was released. Some have now ported back to maxis or DiGi or some even to U Mobile biggrin.gif

Anyways, a more than RM 1,000 savings on the phone price is good, though not sure if the phone price already includes GST?

If like that, that mean the price still like we purchase the device itself at machine.. i thought since we take 24 months contract, it will be cheaper.. cry.gif  cry.gif
*
It already is cheaper, because your upfront payment gets rebated to you in your monthly bills, so you don't end up paying so much monthly. Unless you are a very light user or a prepaid user, then it makes sense to buy the phone outright without a contract to ensure you're not paying to the telco what you don't use.

Yup, working hours = office wifi, home = personal wifi, only used data during that 2 or 3 hours outside but hardly can finished the 4gb, that's why I will go for plan-less unit next week
*
For me it's not about the data coz I hardly ever finish the monthly quota allocated, but it's more about the calls coz I'm in the sales line, and I clock minimum 8 hours talk time a month. Which is why I'm always happy to sign a contract with telco.

Oh, and the fact that the company pays my monthly commitment fees helps, too biggrin.gif

true lol, the only ONE expensive plan they offer
*
And I signed up for it last year.. Ha ha ha... RM128 for 3GB of data... Gosh....... Anyways, because of the coverage at my housing area and also for work purposes, maxis serves me well. I've tried Celcom, DiGi and U Mobile already, all unsuccessful... so maxis it is...

QUOTE(Xefron @ Oct 6 2016, 11:30 PM)
Example

(128GB 7+ with Gold Plan for 24 months)

(RM2978 + RM 700) * 1.06 = RM 3898.68
((98-70) * 1.06 * 10 months) + (98 *1.06 * 14 months ) = 296.8 + 1454.32 = RM1751.12

3898.68 + 1751.12 = RM5649.8 for 24 months

RM235.4 per month.

128GB 7 RRP + with Basic 45 Plan for 24 months

(RM4299*1.06) + (45*1.06*24) = 4556.94 + 1144.8 = RM5701.74

RM 237.57 per month.

Buy with telcos win.More value for money.Still expensive.Yeah its iPhone.
*
The retail price RM4,299 already inclusive of GST bro.
