des moines -> great ship, definitely must get
khabarovsk -> sluggish, turns like a battleship, but i don't own khaba yet
mogami -> suprisingly good ship with 155mm buff, WG shouldn't buff IJN turret
trashcan heal build -> could work if I can get use to play pslide's style
meta -> camping meta even spread to ptserver now, aiiii *sigh*

baltimore..kesian baltimore..i stay 16km away and keep hitting it with my lazerrr gun donskoi while balti miss me..for me russian bias cruisers much more easier to play thats why im a fanboy

trashcan i think once get range upgrade can try heal instead of smoke but it's not as agile like kiev so can be tricky to play you know T9 T10 ships accuracy..but my style is orang gila run around non stop just sometimes help smoke my team but keep firing keep going the best way to play russian dd
