Is DE or SE more important for US DD tier 5 and above?!

lots of debate between these 3 skills for tier 4 DD captain
SE is only usefull for higher skill right?!
and i dont know how useful DE really is, 5% fire chance is still too low waht
getting main gun range is quite useful for us dd, but that shell arch aaa, can wereally hit anything?!

still only nicholas, good gunboat but survival is futile
10km main gun and 5.5 km torps means this thing is close to useless in standard battle
i only got tier 4 captain skill only for now
hmm...

come to think of it, none of my captain got tier 5 skill yet
and i have been playing this freaking game for 7 month now?!

and i notice you chose vigilance rather and SI for tier 3 caps skill

basicly you're saying higher tier ships and mid tier ships may use different t4 caps skill?!



i've been trying out neptune and minotour in ptserver yesterday, these ships are suprisingly good ships
eventhough i don't like british CL much, these 2 ships really impressed me





















and as usual, not a sigle win yesterday
i swear this server is getting worse by the months

blaming teammates is normal in this game
ranting in chat during game is still normal, you can see those video contributors that had people ranting after getting killed
but to the extend of ranting after the battle, that's can be consider as harasment and violate WG rules, you can send ticket reporting him to WG (not like WG will actually take any actions though)
i think my method of smashing keyboards and mouse is more satisfying and more 'user friendly'
