Bro, you should placed the 5% cheque within 14 days after signing the S&P. For those who signed during the selection date, the due date will be this coming Sunday. SA told me that if the buyer unable to submit the cheque within time given and without any valid reason, the 5% discount granted will be void.

Yes, u still have time to decide your bank.. but in case it will take longer time, they asked us to call them, and maybe write a letter stated on our reason and asked for time extension. without that, they will deduct 2% from discount granted(that what the SA told la.. not too sure whether they can simply2 deduct meh..all taikor here can give some advise on this).

But i heard all banks very jammed due to unexpected applicants for this project. Normally we can received result from bank within 3 days but this time take more than that.. Me myself, only received from Affin.. Still waiting news from others.

Bro, ive got different MRTA from 2 banks. 1 offer 35 + 3 (during construction) the other offer only 25 years. but of course the total loan will be slightly different. Anyone can give some advise on this??

Just went back to the sales gallery.. phase 2 will be launching next month and the price will increase 3% from the current price and they might be deduct the discount price from 5% to 2% or 3%.

Good news right??

ya.. true.. hahaha..

based upon my visit, Graham 85% take up, Avenham also the same 85%.. Increase in Public units, But i see a lot of turn down from the BA/staff units.. Loans difficult to get i guess.
