Just share the experience- for the very first phase of Eco Majestic ie Cradleton there was no plan for perimeter CCTV but then EW decided later to upgrade it with perimeter CCTV.

Since there is no commitment upfront, whether freebies are given later no guarantee loh. Anyway, I consider the perimeter CCTV as sth important and essential for a gated & guarded community which stresses a lot on security. I personally feel that no such plan is a disappointment.
