To upgrade..it depends on how much yr contractor charges....

Usually around 5k...+ fee to tnb...and also higher deposit to tnb...usually around 1500.

the only good news is when completion, how much your real subsale price has moved compared to original buying price...

bear in mind bank interest of 4.5% approximately and inflationary rate of at least 3% annually.

too early to count the chicken before it hatches.

one said environment outside house is secondary, incl eco lorong and eco slope
one said EW profile getting higher each day, therefore their properties will perform the same
one said EM can match DPC (same with one cybertroop said ciber will better than dpc and Bangsar)

one said EcoSwan berri nice

BUT surprisingly no EW supporting troops from their EcoBot project praising to Utopia or nirvana high. I dun understand this.....same with EcoSky and EcoTerrace.....

Cheaper purchase price does not mean it's lower grade, need to look at other factors as well.

Let say a condo (1000++ sqft) nearby KLCC selling price was slightly higher than super bangalow (3000++ sqft with private swimmng pool) in somewhere at N9, can we conclude that condo nearby KLCC is higher grade compared to latter?

Stamping only cost rm10 or rm15 and it only purpose is to make the spa legal in the eye of law.

So no buyer ever asked ew when signing spa on why spa date wasnt in the doc when u guys signed the spa?

If spa signed and later u decided to rescind the contract...wat is the penalty?

1. Loan rejection
2. Found other better buy

how close is close to? or perhaps the closest modern townships are subang pj and shah alam?

from Eco Grandeur to Subang Parade is 30kms
from eco grandeur to The Curve also 30kms
from eco grandeur to MBSA is 27kms.
from eco grandeur to Suria KLCC is 48kms.....

based on google map.

if you talk about affortablity..am sure many other places also affortable.

semenyik and kajang to city centre also about 30-35kms.

who are the big players in commies? beside ECOWORLD?

30kms to subang is no where NEAR.......NEAR is like 5kms or under.

I wonder how well you know how smooth is travel from Setia alam to KL and MKH to KL?????? how you assess your smoothness????

erm... because recently i been travelling to both side from KL (due to project, have to based in KL for a while)... hehe... my smoothness is based on time travel between i go back setia alam and go back hillpark... and i constantly travel to these two areas truth to be told... my frens around this area... and i will go visit my hillpark hse also during weekdays after work... i wont simply say things if its not a fact to me bro...  icon_rolleyes.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif

and to be fair... i am not saying its suitable for everyone else... there are people who cant even stand driving more than 5 mins in their life... whereas for me... since i know how to drive... i already used to peak hours driving... lol...

FACT is you have to do the same route day in day out to do proper assessment lah.......

same with setia alam initial stage.....about 10 years ago....also not that bad.......after 10 years....things different lioa.....

I believe MKH also same.......10 years later......am sure you also kpkb lioa.

your driving skill wont change the fact that to and from subang still 30kms.......
