what should i select?? izzit printed on the card? same with valid thru??

*Security code??
where can i find tis??
my card is maybank debit card, izzit the 3 digits number aft signature??

confuse abt it~ pls help~!!
btw, after finished tis step, will my card be verified straight away and can i ready to pay via paypal or i need to wait for few days??
i need to make payment bfore Monday, izzit posible if i use paypal??

but i'm still confuse...card number is it the whole 3 set of number on the card in the pic tht u upload? ..if yes,i tried,but failed..

There show me tis :
