Guys, I'm trying to buy something off a foreign website with my Paypal account which only has MYR and linked with my bank account.

Let's say I want to buy something, my Paypal account has sufficient money, will it just deduct my Paypal money or deduct from my debit card?

I've been trying to ask the staff at the local bank but to my amaze, they know little to none how this Paypal works, which is obviously one of their services offered. (Don't they train their staff or something regarding each and every products?)

The last time I bought something off the web, it did deduct my debit card, is it because my account has insufficient fund?
