hi,i'm a new paypal user,
now i havent verified yet,since i dun have debit/credit card, but my friend told me that even i not verified, i still can buy paypal money from someone n use? is that true??? when i try buying n tell the guy that sell me paypal money, he told me i can't, must b verified??? |
