Hi guys, sorry for bothering. I have few questions to ask.
Apparently, my paypal is unverified now(maybe because I close the existing verified cc/bank account).So, 1,What is the receiving fund limit for unverified account 2.It is monthly or lifetime limit? I need to transfer money to someone in HKD as the person only accepts HKD. But how do I top up the paypal with HKD? Can I top up it with USD and click the pay button she sent me which requires me to pay in HKD?
