would like to ask to expert

I have Paypal account balance USD260 topped up via RHB bank and I intended to use it to pay an invoice from US.

The problem is when I click to pay using paypal balance method, it give this error

"This recipient does not accept payments denominated in MYR. Please contact the seller and ask him to update his payment receiving preferences to accept this currency."

I wonder what is this happened and how to rectify it ?

Thank you for answering, Yes I did switch my primary currency to USD.

In History, I click again to pay the invoice and it bring to the invoice detail page,

then I click 'Pay Invoice' button and it bring me to 'Review your information' page and when I click 'Pay Now' button, it just bring me back to invoice detail page

this time no error occur but it seem no payment happened.

please assist me on this, thank you so much
