guys, got a problem here.

I just receive an email from paypal, it says any unverified account will get deleted in 72 hours. So i'm badly in need of a debit card now. I only have Hong Leong and RHB bank account, can get debit card from there?

i just need it for verification purpose, no withdrawing in the near future. need reply ASAP.

the email i received states that it is due to new policy change, the weird thing is the "get me verified" link on the mail is not working i.e. bad link. so i've sent an email to paypal themselves to clarify it.

i've been using paypal for quite some time, only dun get it verified coz i'm only 18 recently laugh.gif laugh.gif
got quite an amount in it oredi, that's why dun wanna get deleted. also thinks that it's about time to get it verified.

i just forwarded the mail to spoof@paypal[dot]com, and wat i receive is:

but yea, after warning from other LYN forumers, and after a good night sleep after the email, i concluded it is phishing mail, and decided to forward it to paypal, and they confirmed the mail is indeed a phishing scam. one thing lucky about my situation is that the link from the mail is dead, will have error whenever i click on it, so i din enter any password or username there. tongue.gif

well, i'll be leaving for Aus soon, so i dont think it is any good to apply for a debit card now, maybe i'll do that over there. icon_rolleyes.gif
