i tried opening a paypal account and keyed-in my credit card ..

then after some time i didn't open my paypal, my account is blocked/closed.

it says :
This account has been permanently locked with a $0.00 USD balance. All information associated with this account has been blocked from the PayPal system and cannot be registered with another account.

why is it like that?

any of u have this problem? now i can't open an account anymore with the same email add

my first paypal account also become like this (paypal account i opened during studying overseas) ... hence i tried to open up a new one with another email address
