You telling me i can't buy usd now, ...............WHY!!!!!!?????
I need 60 usd in a couple of days and i want to find another method to this then chraging my credit card.

Anybody here know anybody that i can trust to sell me Paypal funds in USD. There was a guy who pm to do a transaction, but after consideraing the coinsidence of the message i just can't commit.
Plus no one trust me yet to actually send me the funds first. bummer.

I have been seeing some transactions going on, most of them can't even get their funds after paying for it. After going throught the trouble of getting a credit card, i can't even use my paypal. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

His right, the problem seems to be resolved. I can accept now.

I got a question, i found out that third party tried to use my paypal. And now paypal has limited my account until i fix it. I have completed most of the requirements except the faxing of the document and utility bill. I got to a store that would do it for me, but everytime i type the fax number in the machine says "fax machine busy".

Please help........
