Help, I just created my a paypal account yesterday. Coz I wanted to buy things from yesstyle. But when I tried to complete the transaction this come up "According to our Payment Gateway, your credit card issuing bank has declined this transaction". But I checked my bank Ledger Balance the total fees RM100 have been deducted.

It seems that my debit card haven't link to PayPal account. After I did the 4-digit code verify thing they charged me RM10 and refunded to your PayPal account.

Anyone can tell how I can put back the RM10 to my debit card without paypal trying to charged me again?

Trying to purchase using paypal is confusing....so before buying things from paypal I should put money in it first? I give up..
