Hi guys. have u experienced problem when paying ebay item with paypal balance? it seems the transaction was declined.
i alredy topup from cimb to the paypal, but it seems paypal ALWAYS wanted to use my prepaid mastercard attached to my account even with enough balance. HELP~ |
