No matter what don't used the top-up your Paypal account using other bank option function. The money will be deduct from your bank account but wont show up on Paypal.

After google and read the previous post quite a few people were having this problem & some of them cant get their money back like gone into thin air between the RHB FPX and Paypal.

This morning i transferred money thru RHB FPX with CIMB click,they deducted money from my Cimb account but paypal account remain Zero. Called them up(RHB) but they ask me to wait 7-14 days for investigation . Really giving me trouble as I had to postpone my payment to stuff i ordered. NOT recommended.

i did already the verifying process and my debit card is link to paypal but the issue is when i click to pay in ebay i still get the unable to process payment msg pls use another card..btw my paypal balance is usd 3 only but there's enough cash in my bank account..pls help..thanks

Amount purchase is less then withdrawal limit..online transaction is allowed for my debit card coz i have no problems with steam purchase all this while..i have sufficent balance in my maybank only low amount in my paypal.btw the error code on ebay is 10417.btw i email paypal and they said that could be maybank is blocking my payment..any other solutions or izit possible if i try paying using the second option in ebay which is use the not a paypal member but paying via credit or debit card..is that ok?
