I am trying to figure out this paypal things since I am still a newbie in this area. So I registered my public bank debit as primary bank acc to my paypal acc. Then I tried to purchase online which then requires me to pay using paypal then directed me to the web. After log in, there's no option to pay using the public bank i registered earlier. paypal asked me to register credit/debit card I want to use to pay for the item.

So I got confused. Anyone got any idea what is happening? Do public bank debit can't be used for paypal? Or mind if someone give me short tutorial on using debit to pay via paypal?
