Why would anyone want to sell paypal cheaper here now that you can withdraw directly into local bank without any charges?

Selling at cheaper rate means they are losing money.

The only reason it can be cheaper is to lure cheapskates into buying and then they reverse the fund. Or perhaps these people are doing something illegal that they cannot tie the paypal to their real details.

Not necessarily la bro.. i am a online seller, and I make about USD1000 eery week or so, in some weeks, i even change up to 10k USD when i do my product launches.

Paypal dont mind when i get the cash rolling into the account, but they get really suspicious when i try to withdraw, just becouse i dont sell from ebay .. They usually limit up to 18- days and such, and thats pretty hardocre for a online marketer like me to operate without a payment processor.

I sell 50% of my funds online as that brings down my account to look like normal i.e got money coming in, going out , and also being withdrawn .. Selling at a cheaper rate is something insignificant as i just lose a bit of money, while getting limited means i couldnt get the cash for 6 months..

Hope this helps
