Please help me.

I won an item on eBay, but when converted to RM it's over 5k, so I can't pay using linked debit card or cc because maximum spending of each card is RM 5k.

Can topup PayPal using RHB, but RHB only allows RM 3k per day, I need 4 days to transfer to PayPal... seller can't wait that long. In addition, I prefer using cards because PayPal conversion rate is horrible I heard.

Any suggestion on how to pay for this, other than wire transfer?

Update:

PayPal allows combined payment method, so I was charged from my PayPal balance first, and the remainder was charged from my card.
I found out that topup from RHB to PayPal in USD uses slightly better conversion rate than PayPal's conversion rate when they charge my credit card. Not much difference, around 0.010-015 sen only.
