hi,
i tried to transfer fund from my paypal to another person but it always give me the "ur credit card has declined the usage" error do i need to hav money in my credit card to enable transaction? but im trying to use the fund in paypal, not credit card  This post has been edited by ahbenchai: Mar 27 2012, 10:14 AM |
