dont be an idiot and make stupid assumptions. do some more digging. alot of other countries are affected. my guess is its a glitch with the non-us stuff. a friend of mine has been harassing paypal everyday. and their reply as of today

just chill, if they permanently do this, i think they will loose a lot more users. look in ebay forum. theres a few threads about it.
