Hello guys, hope you can clear some of my doubts. I have read all the 32 pages and still confuse.

1. My account is unverified, can i still receive payments? can i still make payments?

2. If i use the Public bank debit card, can I use the debit card to withdraw my paypal fund in cash form? If not, can i use the debit card to purchase items, for example in shopping complex?

3. If i am selling some goods to a buyer. What info should i provide to him so that he can made payment to my paypal account? is there any numbers or code? sorry for asking a silly question.


I plan to sell an in-game resources online (legit), and I am kinda wary of scams. Is there any advice?

another question, my paypal account is registered using my nickname, while of course my debit card would need to be registered using my real name right..in this case, would i face any problem?

I just got my PB visa electron, but i get this message when i try verify / link my card:

This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

Anything i missed?

oh? i using different names....hmm any idea how to overcome this?

I have created a new account with same name, and stil getting the same message. Let say my name is Lim Wei Kuan, what would be my first name and last name for the Paypal account? And the security code is the 3 digits right? And if my exp date is 05/14, in paypal it shld be 06 and 2014 right? Thanks
