Hello, a friend of mine in Malaysia is having problems sending me money in the U.S. I have been reading through the post here and tried some of the advice that was given, and was not successful. I'm asking for any help because these times are grim for me. I am about to lose my place and my friend wants to help me out, but is being blocked every time he tries to send it. Tried Citibank, Paypal, and Western Union all failed, if someone could walk us through the steps needed to send money via paypal it would be very much appreciated. Like what the best bank to use and the easiest how to enable online transactions in the U.S. Please reply, I only have 4 days left. Thanks so much.
