Hi and good afternoon!
Recently I get scammed from a buyer on Paypal which he file dispute to claim back the money, and he won it, now my Paypal account having negative amount of total USD 98.

Would like to ask if I decided to ignore it, can Paypal take legal action against me such as law enforcement or debt collection in Malaysia?

More details below.

- Been using Paypal near 8 years, clean and all good transaction.
- First loss in Paypal by dispute from this buyer.
- Paypal have my Bank Account.
- Paypal have my Credit Card.

P/S : Since Paypal have my Bank Account and Credit Card, would they automatically charge it from my Bank Account or Credit Card to refund the negative balance if I don't pay it?

*** EDIT : Nvm I paid it yesterday night, doesn't want any trouble, but just worried if I don't pay, what actually will happen to me.

Some fucging beach singaporean use paypal dispute trick to scam, was selling my csgo item to him, but he dispute it and I have no valid documents to claim that I sent the item to him.

Then stupid paypal transfer back the amount to him, fucging paypal and the singaporean guy name Candy Ng.
