For public bank debit card, can I know how to link it to paypal? What's the procedures?

I already linked my PBB debit card to my paypal. But I need the 4 digit verification code to verify first in order to start shopping online?

If your paypal is linked to debit/credit card. Your balance in paypal is always zero unless someone sent money to you. Any purchasing will be deducted from your debit/credit card.
